The RES New Work Airport is located in Thomas Reichart’s hometown of Bobingen. It once served as a workshop for the aeronautical firm run by the Reichart family. Historic airplanes were restored from the ground up here, e. g. a Messerschmitt Me 108, Klemm 35 and Bücker Bestman 181. The special spirit of this building can still be felt all around. The old wall in the Gateway Kitchen project space, the railing in the Airport Loft, black-and-white photographs on the walls and original aircraft components bear witness to this creative working atmosphere. The RES New Work Airport was not raised artificially, but has grown over decades, and now serves as an interactive seminar & event center.

The RES New Work Airport has nine rooms, a beautiful garden and a sunny balcony with stairs to the garden and the Airport Loft. Of course, this seminar & event center also fulfills all of the technical requirements you need to carry out new work with intent. All in an environment that has a lot to offer before, during and after work.

The open-plan Pre-Flight reception room with a coat rack and lockers offers a smooth transition into the Messerschmitt seminar room. At a reception for up to 15 people, you can productively engage with your team or customers during a get-together.

Flooded with light, open, modern – the Messerschmitt seminar room offers thousands of possibilities to make ideas fly. Whether successful seminars, goal-oriented teamwork, moderated group work, conferences, presentations or customer events.

Food, drinks and your products – no wish remains unfulfilled in the Coffee Shop. In a relaxed atmosphere, you can present or sell your products here. Network at the standing buffet for up to 8 people while enjoying snacks and hot and cold drinks. In addition, a small warehouse is at your disposal.

Let your thoughts fly to new heights in the Post-Flight creative room. Here you will find a flexible layout, space for quiet and concentration as well as group workplaces. You can write your ideas on the wall in this comfort zone, either alone or in a team. Just as you like!

Developing fresh ideas – this is best done in the RES Airport Lounge. And best of all, you have direct access to the garden and can gain new inspiration in the sunshine and fresh air.

At Gateway Kitchen, you have plenty of room to redirect projects, hold creative training sessions or discuss in a team. In this project room with an integrated tea kitchen, you will succeed in getting new goals off the ground.

Your ideas will take flight in the multi-functional Airport Loft, which can be divided into several areas. At several working stations, your teams can work in parallel and engage in creative exchange. Here you will find the space you need to develop your project on a large-scale business model canvas or hold an Agility in Action workshop. Afterwards, the results can be presented at the large seminar table. Good to know: the seminar table is also ideal for Lego Serious Play. In the lounge areas, new ideas can be discussed in a relaxed atmosphere. The integrated kitchen is a meeting place for creative breaks. The loft also has an executive bathroom.
